Romance Reader At Heart says:
LESSONS IN LOVE 5/2006 (ebook) is the third book I’ve read in this series, and even though I did not read them in order, they worked together beautifully. In fact, the stories over lap just enough to keep you remembering what you loved about the last one while piquing your interest about the next. The writing and the characters in these books are superb. I’m already dying to read another chapter in this small town story.
Ms. Jones has written a light-hearted romp that tugs at the heartstrings even as it is making the reader laugh aloud. Momma and Pops are two of the best supporting characters ever written and this reader looks forward to reading the other two books featuring their diner put out by Moonlit Romance. While loosely part of a series written by different authors, LESSONS IN LOVE definitely stands on its own merits. Cindi and Steve’s love story is both tender and passionate and readers will find themselves rooting for both of these immensely appealing main characters. The attraction sizzles between Cindi and Steve and because of young Ryan, is frequently frustrated as well. Ms. Jones has written a realistic look at the struggles of some who long for a family and simply want to fit in, and this story is filled with life lessons indeed. This reviewer highly recommends this story to any fans of contemporary romance!

"The Haunting of Sarah Dyson was one short story that filled me with some mixed chills .... This is a story that is sure to please. Shara Jones gives the characters depth and makes the story so believable right down to the creepy feeling she creates. This is one read that you don’t have to wait for Halloween to sense the ghostly effects. "

Coffeetime Romance gave Tall, Dark and Daddy a 5 CUP Review!!!
This is a story of two characters who face their demons and find that they both want each other and a stable family life. I utterly enjoyed this story for the way Ms. Jones portrayed her characters and the emotional upheaval they suffer, all in the name of love.
They find they can have their cake and eat it, too, while proving to themselves that love can overcome any trials and tribulations.
